Hello all, I know this is likely not the place to post such things, but I was hoping to get some advice and/or help from the good folks here. I'm new to Malifaux and ordered my first batch of stuff. Unfortunately, the sprue for my box of Bayou gremlins was broken in half, with damage to some of the pieces. I submitted a claim and follow up email and received immediate help. However, it's been at least three days since I last heard from them, and I've received no updates. Does anyone have a recommendation of who I can contact? I've sent an email asking about the status of my claim to customer service, but I haven't gotten a response. Any and all help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
