If a portal moves into contact with a fireteam does the unit get to teleport? If the unit does get to teleport does it lose its movement when it activates?

When the Karkinoi use regenerating segments do they have to spend a reinforcement token to reinforce? For feeding frenzy do the units that reinforce have to spend a reinforcement token? Thanks for the clarification.

Lets say I activate a Master and make an Attack the Attack has a trigger that says take this action again and it can't declare triggers. If I focus the initial Attack for positive flips on attack and damage the focus does not carry to the second attack, correct? Alternatively If I have 3 AP can I spend one to Focus, one to make the attack, and asssuming the trigger to take the attack again goes off, spend my last AP to focus the triggered attack? Thanks for the help.
