Can anyone confirm if the PDF version of this book is the same revision as the printed version? Is the content actually the same? I ask because the core Malifaux 2E PDF and print products are not the same revision. The PDF is older and has issues. I'd like to buy Crossroads, but only if I know I'm getting the same content. Thanks.

I bought the 2E rule book PDF a few days ago and also discovered that the contents and index are broken for the 2nd half of the book. Furthermore, the text in the book is an older revision than what is in the print version. Compare both versions of page #57 and you'll see what I mean. Does anyone know if the PDF will be updated any time soon? At this point, it's pretty broken.
