On the Phantasm spell it requires a TN 10 Centering test on the enemies part to detect if it's real or not. Given enemies don't flip, how is this done mechanically? Is it a static resistance? (IE, if the Fatemaster character is simply lower Centering than the TN they auto fail, and auto succeed if they equal or are above it) Does the player need to flip for it against the target's Centering? (If so what) I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

Question: Once a character completes all five steps of their destiny...what happens then? Do they get a new destiny? Is that character basically complete on destiny?
