My order no longer appears in my account. Though I recieved an email saying paid back on the third.... Hoping it's a glitch

I find that this model is by far the worst they produced. You can see they failed to finish the model. Big opening in the torso area that clearly has spots marked for something. Plus how is she in control of her machine? It's a bad bad model.
