Love that texture
-
I really love the weathering effects, it looks real!
-
Ugh... this reminds me that I still have to paint up my WH Skull Temple. :/
I like the idea - definently feeling the apocalypse.
haha, that's too funny. I had this temple of skulls sititng around for probably 4-5 years. I'm loving this competition forcing me to get some work done.

It's the Beast Monster from the Thing!
good job
-
I really like the paint job on that stormtrooper or whatever he is.
-
This leaps off the monitor its so saturatingly beautiful. I gotta get me some of those display plinths.
-
The smoke and lighting effects are pioneering. I have never saw that before. (although I have saw cotton used for smoke, nothing like this) Well done.
-
I just love this entry. I wish I had that model, every time I see it painted, it looks epic.
If anyone has one for trade, I have an extra Miss Ery sitting around.
-
lol "Hi There!" - nice easter egg
-
I love the brass looking paint job. Did you NMM that? What paints did you use? I'd love to see notes on this if you took any.
-
lol, this was me near the end of this round
-
That freehand is pretty cool, great concept and that shadow looks real
-
agree, that bomb detail is amazing.
-
Cool place to put Teddy, that's an add on right? I like how you put green highlights down the arm as well as it's coming out of the vortex
-
great idea with the plaque board
-
Lol, look at him looking all proud.
-
That backdrop pic really makes this scene pop.
-
Dug up some models sitting around in your basement? Yep, sounds like a miniature painter, hordes of unpainted models sitting around. lol
-
Yes! So much Win. I like that version of Cthulhu too, compared to the Cthulhu Wars mini
-
very cool. I almost used a similar plaque that you have there with the skull in robes. That resin is a bitch to paint with all the cavities, am I right? lol
good job
-
The red hues on this piece are very catchy and expertly executed!
Thanks man. the plan was to paint all the mini's in cool colors and have the vortex be warm to get some contrast.
-
that shot from the back really shows off the highlights
-
I love the creepy atmosphere
-
say that turned out really good
