So I finished the streets and now it is on to painting! I ended up using cut up bits of cereal box to use as flagstone for the streets. and here is a close up shot of the street

So I knocked out the major work on the other buildings on the board. Here is a shot of the whole board at the moment. Now it is on it is time to start on the street!

Am going to add five smaller opened top buildings across the street. Then from there it is just a matter of deciding on how I want to do the cobblestone for the street. Then it is on to painting and detail work! In terms of larger detail work am going to add a number of round tables to the theater some up right and some knocked over onto there side. And counters and what not to the other buildings. And at this point am not trying to think about all the little details, am going to do to finish up the board. I will let my future self deal with that mess. And thanks am really proud of the board so far!

Hey everyone, So I have built a whole lot of terrain in my day. But I decided to take a crack at building a board. And I decided to make a nice home for my showgirls. This is what I have knocked out so far. Let me know what you guys think

Hey all, If you are in the Clemson area and what to try your hand at Malifaux or just get to know some of the other Malifaux players in the area come down on either the 13th or the 20th. That is some good looking terrain. You may want to get some press board or just a thin sheet of wood to mount your pig pen and outhouse on so they are a bit more stable. Other than that keep up the good work, your stuff looks awesome and I look forward to seeing it painted. Oh and not sure if you have tried this but if you get a nice heavy duty pair of scissors. It makes cutting the rounded ends off of the popsicle sticks go much faster.

So I dug around some more for some more answers. (I would add links but, the answers I found are over on the Henchmen Forums.) Question One: The length of time the Flame Pillar created by Immolate lasts. The answer is that since it is not a piece of terrain that was created, (ala Ice Pillars) It stays around until the closing phase. Question Two: Does a model that has the Flame Pillar place in based to based/on it's head take the damage flip. At the moment yes, they count as having entered the Flame Pillar had thus take the damage flip. I hope that clears things up a bit more, I will keep to my ear to the ground for anymore info on the topic.

I can help clear things up for you a bit, as a Kaeris player myself I have dug pretty deep for answers to the same question. If you trigger the 50mm flame pillar from Immolate and if a model is in base to base or under the pillar when it is placed they take a damage flip.

And just so you can prepare a bit more for the 6th.
