Cheers, Also. Could you just rush dreamer up field turn him into LCB and then he chomps away. Then use 1 daydream to cast 'call nightmare' (anywhere on the table) to unbury dreamer and then in-turn burying LCB?

I think I am getting it now... It is still very good because LCB still gets a chance to get the onslaught trigger?

it is still possible but it requires a different perspective. That is what I am having the problem with. Back on track: can a daydream use 'call nightmare' to unbury LCB if dreamer is on the borad? This I would expect in turn would bury the dreamer. Am I correct?

I am new to the dreamer and I can't get my head around the new yoyo/slingshot method. TBH I never played dreamer before the change so I am a bit green. I got this from pull my finger but I am still in the dark about the whole thing. If anyone knows of maybe another resource or maybe the best thing would be a youtube vid that would be a very good step forward. Maybe I am a bit thick! This is what I found on pullmyfinger: 1) Dreamer and a Day Dream that is 2 - 6" upfield (towards target) of him and another Day Dream within 6" of him with Companion. ===Dreamer uses I Can Fly! (0) ===Dreamer Walks once (1) +7" ===Dreamer Walks second time (1) +7" ===Dreamer uses Nightmare Friend Approx +2" 2) LCB Activates ===LCB Walks once (1) +4" ===LCB uses Melee Expert to strike with Claws +3" 3) Companion Day Dream Activates === Walks once (1) -6" === Walks second time (1) -6" === Uses Calm Nightmares (0) -6" 4) Day Dream 2 Activates === Walks once to a safe position (1) === Uses Call Nightmares (1 + sac DD), places LCB 6" away and hopefully safe. EDIT: I have the first 2 steps down... they are fine its just getting him back to safety is the issue I can't get right

I could be wrong but... 1) for pacify it's a wp > wp dual with no ca involved.... I think. 2) I can't see how pacify could interrupt a companion chain

Ok thanks for the input. I am finding it very hard to come up with a list that doesn't have a load of ss left. Also because its my first game with the dreamer should i steer clear of Coppelius and Insidious Madness because they are moral dual based or have I got that wrong?

Hi all, Played my first game with Ophelia and I was fighting Ramos at 35ss. I had... Ophelia Lacroix -- 4 Pool 3 Young Lacroix [6ss] Bayou Gremlin [2ss] Bayou Gremlin [2ss] Bayou Gremlin [2ss] Francois Lacroix [5ss] Rami Lacroix [6ss] Raphael Lacroix [6ss] Slop Hauler [4ss] Slop Hauler [4ss] I don't know if I got some of the rules wrong but I find it very easy to kill anything in his whole crew. The steamborg executioner rushed my crew and I moved Francois to block and he charged and killed him. Then the rest of my crew shot him down in the 3rd turn. Is it just bad play from my mate or is that Ophelia is crazy good at killing a Ramos crew. I also killed ramos in a turn with an Ophelia and Rami but Rami killed himself with the amount of damage done but I thought it was worth the cost. It ended with a 8-2 win for me. The one model he should have is the electrical creation because he has lost the card but he will be getting that next but I gave him an extra ss to use because of the slight disadvantage. So is it just easy with a gremlin gunline to take down Ramos or did I get lucky or did my mate play bad by rushing the steamborg executioner into my lines and I just picked off the rest of his crew with all the shots I have. Anyways, cheers for reading. BB EDIT: I just looked over the card and he should of used knock aside on Francois and killed something like Rami or Ophelia.

I hear that the twins are very good but the problem is that I don't like the models Damn rock and a hard place...

I'm I right in saying there are only 2 night terror models available at the moment?

hmmmm... That kind of seals it for me, don't you think? Night Terrors seem like a good choice for now.

Or maybe the Night Terrors might be worth getting or another teddy?

Thanks for all the help... Also, have we picked over complicated crews for our first game or should we be ok. I got the core rules nailed. I think. But it's just when I add the special rules to the game I am not sure how smooth it will go.

Hi guys, I have my first ever game on Sunday against Ramos with my Ophelia crew. I know its an odd number but that's the Ramos starter box for you. My Ophelia Crew is the starter box and 3 Young Lacroix (that's all the models I have).
