Yep... you are right Sir.. IA5, Siege of Vraks part 1. Got me about 3000 points of Death Korps At the moment however I'm rocking chaos... and have a game tomorrow infact.. How is everyone? not been round much as busy with work and gaming...

Wasn't me... *hiccup* Hows you lot? Barely surviving without me I see?! Been putting together my World Eaters... so far got 20 troops, a Kharn conversion and a Rhino assembled. Also have a Daemon Prince and some Raptors. Should be having a few games against my friends Necrons again tomorrow. Will try my Chaos and see if a fare better than my Death Korps did...

Have you been drinking?! *grin* You are saying the Death Korps are better in games UNDER 1000 points?!! they cannot take ANY real firepower at under 1000... best you'll get is if you go all Engineers and do a Hades Drill Spam list but thats just being unfair to your opponent IMO since Hades drills are only 50points and you can have one PER engineer squad..... In the game I played I fielded ONE hades drill with 2x 10 man Engineer squads, Commissar General as HQ and a 5man Grenadier squad in Centaur and a 10man Grenadier Squad. The dice rolls needed were totally one sided also. If however we played bigger than 1000 I could have fielded various pattern Russ tanks, a Malcador defender, Quad Launchers, heavy weapon teams, Death Riders... the list goes on....

Just bought some more bits for my soon to be started World Eaters army... spent way too much on bitz... but hope the end result will be worth it. Starting off with: Kharn (Conversion) 14x Berzerkers 10x Berzerkers + Rhino Thats enought to have some small games as my friend only has a max of about 1000 points of Necrons.. bet they will get on better than my poor Death Korps... at small games it means I have to leave the big guns out and lets just say it was a tough fight and I lost...

Hey Guys, Abs, not atm as Misses has just started a new job and she doesnt get her first paycheck for a month so we are having to watch money till then. I was getting pretty frustrated having to roll these impossible rolls and when I did get lucky and finally wound a couple he'd roll and they'd jump strauight back up. Although the Hades Drill performed very well.... it took out his Annihilation Barge in one turn and in the next tank shocked some of his immortals off table! hehehe.. the rest of it though... ouch! His Necron lord was quicking my ass big time, when I finally got my Commisar General in for the fight he used these mind scarab things which ment he took control and I basically attacked my own guys.. Until he gets more stuff its around 750/1000 point games, so thats why I'm picking up a second army that should fare better

Morning All, Made a small Forge World order, I'm in the process of starting up a small Khorne/World Eaters army... around 750 points for a few small games. My Death Korps took their first few outings over weekend in a few small games... boy are Necrons tough. At small games Death Korps don't really stand a chance, I need enough points for the big guns! However the last game was very close and I would have won if those stupid walking toasters didn't keep getting back up once I rolled impossible dice scored...

And here I am!

Not planning to play a game as yet, just liking the minis and wanted to pick something up but to then have an option of playing a game and having a nice small starter force that I can try and entice my friends with

Hows the school stuff going? Still doing the online courses? Oh and can you recommend a good starter type gang/army thing for Warmachine Khador faction... I like some of the mini's and was thinking of picking some up although I do have lots of Malifaux and 40k to get through... its the gamers magpie syndrome! I like Sorscha model wise...

Afternoon All! Today I shall be getting some beer in and working on some 40k stuff... got 6 tanks to finish and a crapload of infantry.... I maybe even playing a small 750 points 40k game over next few days, my first in 15years! WOWSERS! I'm sure nothing has changed much since 2nd ed LOL!
