Sorry for the temporary absence - I'll be getting back onto this now! Attendee list up to date, and I'll be turning up on time now! First goal unlocked! Another thought that has crossed my mind... We have a few different "teams" planning to attend - maybe there should be an additional prize for best team... I'll have a think about this more, but its certainly an idea I'm entertaining.

Yeah it would always be one tournament. A one day ticket would be for people who cannot make both days, allowing them to join in on the 3 games on the Saturday. Although this would then cause issues on the Sunday with an uneven number of players. I would personally not like to do this but if there are a lot of people wanting to come just for the satuday.... then I'd more likey run a second tournament for those players. Yeah.. I've just talked myself out of it. This is a two day tournament.

I'll get a list of attendees paid and interested started tomorrow. I'll think about one day attendance. It might be more harm than good, plus there is a damn decent hostel in the city about 15 minutes walk from the venue where I'll likely be staying.

That would be fantastic Mike. Glad there's plenty of interest. The store can fit 80 folks easily enough so plenty of space for gaming.

Results will be posted, and if I remember this time there'll be photos too! Malifaux is a very unique miniatures game where most people create their crews before each game once they know the terrain layout and their opponents faction etc. Because of this crew lists aren't usually a useful tool as they can vary wildly based on the schemes available or the terrain set up.

Sorry, been off the forums for a while. I was planning to release schemes/strats in advance and have 2hr rounds so that there was no rush for newer players. I am considering limiting it to fixed master as well but I'm not convinced that this does anything!

Hello! Two upcoming events for you all that I'm running at common ground games in Stirling in the next month and a bit. First is a casual game day/ demo day on the 22nd Feb starting at 1:00pm and lasting until there is no one left. This event is free (only cost being to the store for playing). The second event is a tournament on the 15th March. This is likely to be a beginner friendly event with 3 longer-than-average rounds. Tournaments are the best way to learn. As long as he isn't expecting 1st place
