I had three great games, really enjoyed it. And I'm mega pleased with the win!

Just looked at the calendar and realised the 10th is Mothers Day. The other half may not be too happy if leave her with the kids all day, so I may not make it after all.

There's a good chance I'll be able to make this as well.

Or use Izamu for the same thing. He's got object 2, plus he'd be a spirit and you can swirl him to make up for the slower movement. You can also heal spirits with Kirai, Lost Love and Datsue-Ba to recover the half wounds.

I currently use Zombie Mob 3 from Studio Miniatures, but I'm thinking of picking up the Victorian Zombies by West Wind.

That's from Heresy Miniatures I believe. There's a new miniature for the Carnevale game called The Being which would make an awesome Flesh Golem.

I've run one or two most times with Nicodem as a sort of bodyguard and to give a bit of ranged attack with Cave In. Bolster Undead makes them go from average to pretty solid in melee (Cb 7 with that nasty paralyzed trigger, Df 6). At range, they'll be Df 8.

Thanks for the all the help on this question. As an extension to this question, I'm just trying to get my head around the Bury errata and how it effects Bete Noir. Say for example, Bete is on 4 wounds and is hit by an ordinary melee/ranged strike which causes 4 wounds. This reduces her to 0 wounds and so would kill her. She uses Slow to Die and uses One With the Night to Bury and fully heal her. Can she still do this with the Bury Errata? The way I was reading the Errata and subsequent discussion for Bete was the only thing it stopped her doing was keeping up Depraved Tactics for several turns, but I was told differently in a recent game.

That's what we thought and how we played it that she couldn't Slow to Die. Bete ended up perma-dead.

I'm fairly new to the game, so this might be an obvious question but I'm can't seem to find a definite answer. If a model is sacrificed by an enemy ability, can it use it Slow to Die talent to take an additional action? The wording on Slow to Die says "after this model is killed" and killed and sacrificed seem to be different. Specific example being Leveticus' Entropic Transformation being used to target and sacrifice a wounded Bete Noir. Normally Bete would Slow to Die and re-bury herself, but in this case as she's being sacrificed can she do that? Thanks!

Are relative newb players OK to come down? I've played about 6 games before so this might be a good chance to get a few more in Also, the rules pack says proxys for released models are fine. Is this still the case (I use proxies for Mindless Zombies)? Cheers!
