I received the one you sent me as a response to the feedback and comments email less than 24 hours after sending it. Now I have replied to that one and am awaiting a response-response.
I feel like a forum jerk for bumping my own thread, but it's been a week now with no response. I'm sure Nathan gets a metric butt-ton of emails a day and is a really busy guy, so I'm wondering if I'd have better luck e-mailing support.
Has anyone tried using Teddy in a Lilith crew? It seems like you could really take advantage of his Terrifying and Flying abilities. I haven't really tried it in practice, but it seems cool in theory
I used some Golden extra course gel that is currently drying. I'm planning on painting them to look like burned ground or ashy rubble with plenty of blood. I do like scenic bases but they don't fit every game locale and can sometimes make the models seem out of place. Also Lilith gets impaled skulls!
I use a pistol case with egg crate foam. Cost me ten bucks at Wal Mart. Bulkier models like the Mature Nephilim won't fit properly, but if I really want to, I can just dig out a big hole in the foam
Here's what happened next. Now I'm happy with the mature neph at least. I'm thinking about greenstuffing some umbilical cords and nasty placenta onto the terror tots.
Edit: Next comes basing!
Thank you! I just liberally applied some GW Devlan Mud to the recesses in the Mature Nephilim. Let's see what happens
Edit: Here's what happened. I can't say I'm 100% satisfied with it. I'm thinking about totally redoing the skin with 3 different shades (tones?) of the flesh color from really dark to unnaturally light
The one thing I'm wary of is trying to shade Lilith's flesh. I don't have very much experience in the matter and as she's practically white I'm afraid to drybrush black or something like that. I'll definitely try and bring out the shadows in the Nephilim, though
