  2. um sure (since I'm new to using them) i'm mainly refering to the "WEAPONS SELECTION" ability it's part of the rules, and part of the game...
  3. in addition, because of themechanics of the Victorias you must make it clear to your opponent which fig is using the 'Paired' weapon
  4. I don't care really one way or another but looking at the studio sculpt, it does look more like a Cicada crossed with a bumble bee
  5. Those are really great Ideas! Myself, I've tried to stray away from "Diorama" bases... but something like a segment of Brass tube(Pole dance?) or a simple wooden chair, a small bundle of roses or a Wooden chest like the old vaudville acts had would make the "showgirl" theme pop!
  6. Litko wood base/inserts score(to look like wood flooring), paint/stain and gloss coat or order custom wood flooring bases
  7. Star Wars Miniatures both the old WEG d6 table top version and the WOTC Grid map version are SOLID skirmish games for jut a mechanics source, "5150" is about as good as it gets for $25.00 i think Space Hulk is a blast too
  8. here's the most recient discussion thread about the bags http://wyrd-games.net/forum/showthread.php?t=14126
  9. Whitch Hunters (sonia Criid) kit has V2 also
  10. Everything go smoothly for the clean up @ the Con?

  11. :hijacked: (since we're going on the stray...) I dunno at $6.00-12.00 per fig this game is right on par with other table top games The only REAL diffrence I can see is for Malifaux I need, Maybe 10 figs on the field and on the sidebar While Warmachine and GW games I would need 20+ (and that's just for low to moderate point games) nevermind full scale tournament lists with Armor, drop pods and full platoons the only exception I see in what's popular now is Pulp City; their Minis are about 10-20% more expensive based on their Play value "In-Game" but I digress My initial point was, and still remains peole are looking for proxies my feeling is: rather than spend full price on a single model from another companies game, or putting forth ridicoulous effort sculpting one until the ACTUAL one is available use a OVERALL CHEAPER alternative Nobody would give a F^&*( if it's "Worthy" of being painted or not gamers prefer WISWIG figs on the table. The sculps I presented Fill both rolls :peace:
  12. Yeah, I'm kicking myself, I forgot again and after the awsome Sewer system I built after that game (Which is the first I won outright) I totally wanted to take a snap of the field
  13. we were looking at our stock order last night(9/16) fom the latest order and noticed Hans, RONIN and Victorias Box set all have V 2 cards in them now! Bravo!
  14. I understand the reservations about the clix because Wizkids went through several sculptors and manufacturing phases the figs tend to be 50/50 the last several expansions the figs have been really good but the plastics on some of the figs are softer vinyl I still like them for the ease of use and the low cost to obtain
  15. I believe it's the Guild Guard Capt. take a look at the art in book 2 for refrence; the Cpt. in the book had a large battle ax in his hand
  16. OP Is there a character or archatype you are looking for in particular? Brick- Speedster- Mage - Boyscout - Demigod - Armored- Sneaker -
  17. HERO CLIX! Pulp City is a newer Super hero game system a bit pricey but good sculpts Chronoscope is a Reaper line that has a mish-mash of "heros" many of which are very "Super Hero-like check Coolminiornot.com there are a TON of one off companies that produce Super Hero-like pieces
  18. HAHAHAhahaha Do not get that started up again!
  19. I've never allowed my Student to get into the fray I usually keep him with my shooters or my multi attackers
  20. Check the INFINITY line many of the factions have mini droids and are quite cheap Tannhouser has a single unit named Ramerez, a bomb expert fellow who comes with a droid counterpart called "Hound" that could be used as a stand in
  21. I'm somewhat familiar with the Rackham products and their LE figs but I'd never seen nor heard of the Fire Wasp like with all things sometimes a picture says more than words...?
