Hey guys. I have an assembled, gap filled and grey primed Nightmare Edition Lord Chompy Bits, umprimed and unattached Dreamer (to go on his shoulder) and a painted little Dreamer. I'm mainly wondering what would the going rate for these guys be these days? I'm mainly interested in either £'s or a bunch of trade - Malifaux arsenal boxes aside from Ten Thunders, scheme and strategy deck, various plastic Neverborn etc. I also have a bunch of unassembled metals for sale/trade - Rasputina crew box (metal) 2 Silent Ones (metal) Lelu (metal) Miss Demeanor (metal) I'm based in the UK and accept paypal, and for trades we'd cover our own postage etc. Pictures upon request.

I'm guessing most of the Ressers in Book 4 are Undead? If so, Leveticus may well have 'won' book 4.

I'm still actually waiting to get my hands on one of these after all that earlier discussion Xander - my flgs got them in, and they all instantly sold out. Waiting on a third delivery now!

Hmm. Coming up to 2 years since this was updated it seems. I took part in (most) of the Tale of Malifaux painters, so as I'm updating forum threads and so forth here's a relatively comprehensive collection of what I painted in the Tale. Warning, lots of pictures.

It's been a long while since I've been on this forum, and one of the first threads I find when I come back is yours, with a fantastic Bob-omb and Widow Weaver! Very well done on those, and thanks for the credits, much appreciated. Very nice work on your other models too, Hamelin does indeed look much better with a hat.

It's certainly been a while. Contrary to my plans for December, I got nothing painted, and thus use my Joker - I'll probably only paint 1 mini this month, as I'm now rather heavily involved with Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO. Cheers all.

It looks a bit like he's standing in a walking platform and wearing a gauntlet, which works. The overall pose looks like he's commanding it to stride forwards. Very nicely done.

Right, finally got around to taking the group shots! Firstly however, the last 3 models of last month - Lelitu, Lilith and Zoraida. And now, the faction group shots - Outcasts Neverborn Guild (with Freikorps) Ressers (with single Arcanist) Managing 50 wasn't the most pleasant experience, but it cut a huge wedge out of the Malifaux-specific lead mountain. That brings me to 115 models painted in the Tale so far, and a mere 58 models left (not counting the Rasputina crew) for the last 2 months. With luck I'll be aiming for 35 to 40 models for this month, which'll allow some of the larger or more impressive models more time apiece in January.

Probably my last update in this thread since I'm sure the next one will be soon. Painted the Ortegas box for a quick comission. I noticed I missed Perdita's necklace, and that's since been fixed. This also takes me up to 47, leaving just 3 to paint tomorrow.

Cheers diehard! Must admit, I blitzed the Lost Love as fast as possible, since he's likely to die first activation each game. Managed to get another 5 done - 3 Terror Tots, a Wendigo, and a stand in for Lilith's avatar. Not very far to go for this month at all now, just 8 in 2 days. Should be pretty doable.

Yeah, Skyrim's been taking up a fair amount of time. Possibly less so now since Alduin's dead and I can just wander around killing everything in a relaxed manner... However, I have managed to polish off another 7 - finished the last details on the Freikorps Librarian and Trapper and I also managed to complete the last 2 Mozzies. The Lost Love, McMourning and Sebastian all got finished too. I wasn't all too keen on the Librarian's pose, so with a bit of reposing on the head, arm and bending of the leg, she's now running. Up to 37 done, so now just 13 to go this month to hit the '50 painted in November' target. Nearly there!

Yet more work! Finished the pair of Young Nephilim, both Waldgeists, Lelu and also managed to paint Hoffman. Waldgeists are slightly brighter in person, but not by much. The Nephilim will eventually be led by Lilith and her Avatar, hence the darker tree bark-esque skin, browns, greens etc etc. Looking at the pictures, I'll end up going back and highlighting the eyes up to White to give them a bit more pop. Also have a Freikorp Librarian and Specialist half done. Should hopefully get them close to finished tonight, though they're not likely to be fully done till Thursday when I paint up the next batch of models. Up to 30 done for this month, so just 20 more to go in 8 days.

Cheers! I certainly try, considering how much I have to paint, but it's still easy to get side tracked. Case in point, only got these 2 finished today - they're both painted the same, so I figured I'd show the back on one of them. Also got a pair of Waldgeists, pair of Young Nephilim and a Lelu all nearly finished, so those plus a couple more should be done tomorrow with any luck and as long as Skyrim doesn't beckon too much...

Another update! Procrastinated a bit on these thanks to Skyrim, but they got done. Those 2 empty bases at the back shall soon have yet more Gremlins! Still quite a few to go.... Only 28 models left in the goal for this month!

Ho-hum, it's been a while. I have been painting, so here's 15 I've done so far this month - Wasn't too keen on the original faces of the 2 Marionettes not pictured in the book, so I changed them to have children's heads. Seems to fit well. 2 Rather simple Stitched Together and 2 'mozzies' - The mozzies are a bit hard to see, so here's another quick pic showing one better - Bete Noire's knives snapped the moment I picked her up, so whilst fixing them I figured I may as well give her gloves. Also finished Ryle, and converted up an Insidious Madness. It's actually dark green, but that and gloss appears to show as black on the camera... Last but not least, finally made a start on the Gremlins! For the time spent, pretty pleased with how they've come out. I also have another 9 Gremlin-style bases finished, ready for the 7 half-finished pigs and last 2 mozzies. I'll probably also be trying to get some more or Kirai's crew finished, as well as more Gremlins this month. Still quite a few to go to hit that target of 50, but I have next week off...
