  1. When I have finished the whole crew my plan was to add some playing cards to the bases.but I will wait till then and do them all in one go. Thanks though
  2. i mixed dwarf flesh with a tiny bit of black.and paint it as though i was painting skin.then add more dwarf flesh to the mix each highlight untill its just dwarf flesh.then wash with devlan mud a few times then badab black.all gw colours.and do the washes until your happy with the way they look:)
  3. well after the great response i got from my last pics of cassandra i thought id post some pics of the perfomer i just finished.comm and crits welcome as always. sorry about the pic quality.taken on my phone again.i will get a camera at some point lol.

  7. well i dont have a digital camera so its all i have to use to post pics. i use 2 sheets of white paper for the background and my strip lamp for the light source.and set the camera phone to its smallest setting to take the pics.
  8. thanks daemonkin, svenn... the pics were taken on my mobile phone .the highlights are there the phone has just washed em out abit. plus i didnt wana go to bright on the skin as they are ladies and wanted it to look nice and smooth and even.

Hi tiny,for the skin I used GW dwarf flesh then washed it lightly with gryphone sepia,then back up to dwarf flesh and start to highlight with elf flesh.small amounts at a time mixed with the dwarf flesh.right up to just pure elf flesh.make sure the coats are really thin.for the stockings I used dwarf flesh mixed with chaos black.until u get the colour you want.then make it like its coloured water and paint it were you want it.once its dry wash it with badab black until you get the effect you want.all colours are GW colours.sorry about descriptions I'm not very good at writing what i did but thats my recipie.hope it helps
  10. I'd say I probably spent about 8-10 hours over a few evenings
  11. Shinigami.... many many many thin coats of many highlight layers.no mediums just water,patience and making sure i was 100 per cent with each colour before i moved on to the next if you need a breakdown on anything just ask

Thanks for all the kind words guys.(not the hammer bit though lmao) I wasn't sure on actually making them yellow I just thought black looked cool.maybe ill change it.and the bottle was jus out of a little conversion pack I got from my lgs,painted dark angels green then gloss varnished with 2-3 coats.cheers again guys.next one will be here shortly

  22. now im no beginner painter but i need help from anyone who uses p3 paints.im painting my showgirls and need a heads up on how to get a nice skin tone on the ladies.any help is greatly appreciated
