  1. The Wyrd online store has it all! The links at the top of the forums. Models are broken down by Faction (Guild, Resurrectionists, Arcanists, Neverborn, and Outcast). Crew box sets are located within each faction section or also all together in the box set section. You'll of course want a rulebook and I recommend a Fate Deck (its way easier than remembering which Malifaux-suit corresponds to which standard deck-suit).
  2. Yes, you may. The only thing Black Joker prevents is "Cheating Fate", and using a soulstone to re-flip initiative is not cheating fate. Similarly, if a model with 'Use Soulstones' misses an attack due to the black joker, they may not cheat but can still use a soulstone to increase their starting total.
  3. Not bad at all, I really like the hoarcat diorama bases
  4. Any Pandora players out there using Insidious Madness from Rising Powers? Are they as amazing for Pandora as they look on paper?
  5. Except that Incite and Pacify have similar effects but they state that the target must activate either before or after any other model in its Crew. Persistent Distraction just says they cannot activate until all other models outside the aura have activated. It's a similar situation to when a crew is able to mass companion a bunch of stuff; sure it gets to activate a bunch of models before the opponent but the downside is then you're out of activations and now your opponent has his way with you for the rest of the turn.
  6. Just wanted to check and make sure Persistent Distraction works the way it looks to me like it works... if it is cast and a good chunk of my own crew is within the aura, I could choose to tie (fail) the resist with all of them and would then be forced to activate them only after my opponent's entire crew is finished?
  7. Anyone tried taking lots of dogs to start? I'm thinking for example Nico, Mortimer, Grave Spirit, and 10-11 dogs in 30ss (depending how many starting soulstones you want). Seems like it could be really nasty; - use mortimer to companion them all, - cast fresh meat! once or twice to get in close and/or fling dirt to damage a few enemies, - if no enemies are damaged, charge/attack something with a dog until you do damage, then all the rest can (1) charge for a gang beat-down You really don`t need vultures with so many dogs around with (0) For You, Master. And if things go poorly for them... well, there`s plenty of corpse counters/mindless zombies around.
