New Player League The league will begin the week of Friday, Aug 4th and end Thursday, August 31st Entry fee will be 8$ and will go towards prize support kit with a maximum of 8 players. Participants will be assigned opponents throughout the league and will schedule their game with the other player during that week to be preferably played at the Games Nook (1855 Lassale Blvd). The winner will report results (VP score) to myself. If the players aren’t able to schedule a game during that time please speak with myself for solutions. Winners of each game will have their names entered into the draw on one ticket. Each player, each week will have the opportunity to have their names entered into the draw on one ticket by completing that week’s painting challenge. Miniatures painted from previous weeks can count towards the following week’s challenge. For the miniatures to qualify they must be Wyrd or acceptable conversion as per Wyrd’s policy and previously unpainted as of July 2017. This means new players who have purchased a crew in July and started painting will be able to compete in this challenge. Each player will have their names entered into the draw once for each 2 weeks of participation. Each player may only win one draw prize; all draws will be made after the league September 1st. Prizes include: Each player will receive one Participation Guilder (Poker Chip & special redemption currency via Wyrd) https://www.wyrd-games.net/guilders/ 2 Draws of Wyrd’s Small Mystery Boxes (a random special edition figure) Possibility of more Weeks: #1 Friday August 4th to Thursday August 10th 30 Soul Stone match with 2 miniatures painted and based for painting challenge. #2 Friday August 11th to Thursday August 17th 35 Soul Stone match with 3 miniatures painted and based for painting challenge. #3 Friday September 1st to Thursday September 7th 35 Soul Stone match with 4 miniatures painted and based for painting challenge. #4 Friday September 8th to Thursday September 14th 40 Soul Stone match with 6 miniatures painted and based for painting challenge. NB: If any guilders remain they will be drawn as extra prizes.

ya ive had this for 2 weeks now and had it before from another podcast. It was fixed by them though i dont know the specifics. I'm also using Podcast Addicts and an Andriod. BTW great job on this podcast as it is very appreciated by my groups newer players who dont have access or time to read the 1st ed books and love the fluff and stories.

My wife and some of her friends are getting into Through the Breach and bought a series of the source book from Drive Through RPG. Her specific question was regarding Into the Steam. It has 2 files; the original and a recent update that seems to be missing about a dozen or so pages. Before we decide which to print I was hoping if people knew anything about this (as DT RPG hasn't returned any contact) and especially what were the updates and are they really relevant for more casual players? Return to Malifaux With the spring lag and the summer break, we are looking at getting the community back and socializing with a nice get-together tournament. 3 rounds 45 SS. Hi everyone. Looking to add a Joss model for my current Ramos crew. Never liked him in the old rules so never got the model. I loved him from the start of 2.0 but wont buy a 50$ box for a single mini; especialy one with a sculpt im not crazy about. Any alternative Joss minis people have found or used? Our local leagues and tourneys allow 1 proxy per player, Joss will be mine. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Running a 4 week Open Format League with Painting conest for Malifaux this fall. Games Nook, 1855 Lassale Blvd, Sudbury, ON There will be NO entry fee for this league but there will be a raffle for a yet to be determined prize as well as a small prize (donated by Games Nook) for best painted Wyrd mini. Game weeks will begin on Saturdays and run through till Friday nights.
