As hokey as it sounds, I was thinking of just using poker chips.

Well, that kind of puts a damper on it. I didn't see a V2 statcard for the SPA so I thought I was in the free and clear with that. I think I'm gonna have to purchase the 1.5 rulebook.... And as far a strategies go, there was nothing specific in mind, just try to get a big nasty up and running. With Mortimer, I was thinking at least I could get a CC going at least once per turn and summon necropunks/belles/whatever as needed to help achieve strategies. The vultures were included due to the mobility, so I could at least attempt to support the above big nasty if needed with Decay/Rigor. Well, I guess another question would be if I use Mort's fresh meat, would I be able to to use Keep Pace to clear more ground (walk one towards the target, move them all up, walk the second one towards the target, move them all up...)?

Yeah, Bette would be awesome, but currently the list I was primarily thinking about would be for 35 SS, and I don't think I can fit her in. The list is: Nico 2 Vultures Mortimer 1 Necropunk 4 SPA 1 Crooked Man Basically, try to out activate the opponent (which won't happen all the time :Sad_Puppet2:) then try to sling the SPAs across the board using Mort's Fresh Meat, the Necros Leap, and their basic move. It's very :masks intensive, but may be worth the effort.

Pardon me if this is an older topic, but has anyone tried desolation engine with nico? I was thinking of a potential list involving 4 SPAs and a necropunk or even dead rider as a delivery method. Has anyone had any success with such a combination? Any problems with said combo? Also curious about performers and mannequins paired with Nico. It looks like alot of combo potential, with her giving poison to paralyzed models and the ability to steal SS. Thoughts?

Much agreed, and I am trying to spark interest in my play group, but it seems everyone just wants to play magic. Go figure. If I can get more people into Mali than just me and my one friend, I would definitely apply. Any other podcast available? I have a good drive to work everyday, and more Mali podcast wouldn't be a bad thing at all. Just grabbed up some Aethervox.

Hello all! I am a long time lurker on these boards. I think I posted a whopping three times since I joined way back when. I have a series of questions that I am dying to get answered. 1) Seamus is the avatar of dread.....I can understand that. But why isn't Wuppwecht the avatar of dwead? Also, why doesn't he have a place in Malifaux, where bad things happen? 2)Look to your right. Them guys hanging off the hanging tree. The look like ripe fruit.....is that the nightmare models for Gencon? The creators of Malifaux are actually the Hanged ?And the shadow between them....looks like a massive construct..... 3)If an Executioner had a bad case of jock itch and purchased Lamisil, would that trigger Castration? 4) We need more henchman in northern PA. That's not really a question, more like a demand. Thanks in advance for replies! Oh yeah, forgot to mention. Though I am literally a nobody in the hobby scene, I wanted to say thank you to Wyrd for producing such an excellent game, and thank you to Cheated Fates Radio, Lost Boys Radio, and Gamer's Lounge for producing such excellent, informative podcast about a game I know little about but have grown to love.
