First off I have two games under the belt and am loving this game. Though I do have some questions and a couple regarding errata that has been made already. 1. Do individual kills of models result in VP? i.e. If my opponent were to kill a bayou gremlin would he receive 2 VP which is equal to 2 Soulstone cost. Or does the rule book on page 24 under Removing Models from Play, which states "Killed and Sacrificed models count as casualties for victory point purposes (Encounters p.89), is this only referring towards VP objectives of a strategy, i.e. Slaughter strategy? 2. Why did (All) Search change to (All) Scavenge. Can graverobbers no longer search for corpse tokens? What would be the reason they were not allowed to anymore? 3. Wouldn't the recent errata of Survival of the Fittest already be covered under Stacking Effects on p.25 of the rulebook. By definition of the rules found under that heading it would allow only one triggering of Survival of the Fittest per killed/sacrificed gremlin. So even if a gremlin were to be killed/sacrificed within 6" of Som'er Teeth or multiple Hog Whisperers the ability would only be able to be used by one since the same effect cannot be stacked. 4. I had a question about flipping both Jokers in a duel check and about which would take precedence. I saw a post about joker errata but I could not find the actual errata, but perusing the post it seems like the Black Joker takes precedence but why? 5. Positioning of blast markers. According to the rule on p.25 , states place a 50mm blast marker for each blast anywhere within the listed range. Is the listed range the range of the weapon and unlike most other miniature games, the blast template does not have to be centered on the targeted model? 6.According to LOS rules p.24. Other models and terrain only block LOS to the target if their Height is equal to or greater than the acting model's Height. Yet on p.85 under Terrain Examples, Fences which are 1" high are giving hard cover. Covering is stated as the Effect: Any covering terrain that blocks LOS to a portion of the target model provides cover. So a model within 1" of this fence should gain hard covering, but the LOS line on p.24 says that since the fence is not Height 2, then attacking model Height 2 should be able to shoot target model Height 2 behind and within 1" of the fence without the fence being in the way at all. Again I am new to this game and am looking for answers and maybe I am interpreting things wrong in some of my questions.
