I just want an all around well balanced list so I can see how the game plays. Don't want to get insta-steamrolled - but don't need it to be crank competetive either. Not worried about cost.

I'm not terribly concerned with price - and I have played a LOT of miniatures games, so I'm not worried about complexity. So hit me with a Sandeep list, and include models i'll need for summoning!

I lean towards Pandora or Titania aesthetically. Or Collodi. I am planning to go to KingdomCon at the end of April and spend a day playing pick up games.. Suggestions welcome for any and all masters. Plan is to buy and paint it by then.

Hey, everyone! I'm relatively new to the game in that I haven't played much in the last year. I have a question regarding the additional damage from Blight counters, in particular in regards to fighting vs. models with Spirit. Is the additional damage counted in the damage total, or after the fact? Say my Rat does a single damage with a weak flip to a spirit, plus one for a blight counter. Does the Spirit take 1 damage? (1 damage + 1 from having blight counters, then halved) or Does the Spirit take 2 damage? (1 damage, halved to 1, +1 damage from having a Blight counter) Thanks!

Thanks for running the event. I was the new'ish Hamelin player. I had a really great time getting some games in, and I'm looking forward to playing some more over time.

20-25 stones for a small game 30-35 is a "standard" game I'd stick to 20-25 until you're comfortable with it all. As for Demos, the boxes are a great place to start. I suggest Lady Justice v. Seamus. I find they are both interesting enough to be fun, but straightforward enough to not make you want to pull your hair out. 2- Your first few games are going to be LONG. Like and hour and a half for 25 stones, and that's if someone is there helping you. I'd lay out two hours for the first game your buddy and you play to figure it all out. 3- Terrain is VERY important to Malifaux. Doesn't have be Urban, but there has to be alot of it. Things to hide behind etc. Otherwise, shooting crews get way too powerful.

Off to play my first games in over 6 months. Having sold off my guild to buy the master i thought was the coolest when I started playing. Marcus. Here goes!

My main concern is that it he event legal, so i dont think a full on proxy will work. I need to figure a way to make it look more... Beasty.

I am starting up Marcus, and the Shikome sounds awesome with him. My main problem is that I don't dig the asian/demon/beast look with him. Any conversion ideas out there to whet my creativity?

I don't even know what Ryle is.... I haven't picked up the new book, yet. It's definitely on my list, though. I'll look into Lucius once I get it. Thanks for the tips so far.

Hey everyone. I've been on a pretty HUGE Hiatus from Malifaux since last year. I'm looking to continue on playing my guild, and am curious as to what purchases I need to make to be caught back up. My current collection includes: Lady Justice Judge Death Marshall x6 Executioner I'm planning on picking up: Sonnia Creed Witchling Stalker x3 Samael Hopkins Austringer x1 Scales of Justice Purifying Flame I'm not really interested in the Ortegas. Should I look into the Peacekeeper or Guild Guard? Just looking for any insight into what will help me play somewhat optimized lists. Thanks everyone!
