  1. A bit more work... I seem to be sticking to the "one night paint job" theory of crew building, hence the breathtakingly mediocre model quality. If all goes well I might just make it out to RIW in Livonia this week with enough painted models for a 25ss game, fully painted. The man himself. And my forlorn looking convict gunslinger. I gave him skull make-up as an homage to the zombie-esque illustration in the book.
  2. I hadn't considered Bette in white before (Bette White?) ... that's a spooky scheme you have going. Very cool.
  3. I love the texture on Perdita's hat. Nicely done!
  4. I like the scheme on the daydreams. I can't wait to see a Lord Chompybits done up like that!
  5. I like the aesthetic of the minis, especially for Ramos's crew. I see yours as well-oiled machinery. Nice work!
  6. I have managed to both purchase and paint some models! First: a nurse and a Reaper zombie dog handler that I plan to use as a flesh construct. I figure the dog's name must be Meathook. Hooray for one-night paint jobs! The humans, with a touch of Tallarn flesh The dogs, including two Reaper guard dogs and a Reaper pug familiar. I'm unsure about the guard dogs, as the proportions seem too much like Tom & Jerry bulldog
  7. Ip-sill-ANN-tee That's where I live, in south east Michigan. Anyway, I'm Mike Howell. Mostly painter; sometimes gamer. Middle aged IT guy with wife and three young kids, all of whom paint minis. I've been gawking at Wyrd minis for a while, and picked up the Malifaux rulebook recently. Yeah, I'm pretty hooked. So much character. Seriously. I still have not chosen what faction to play, but when I do it will probably be based on the models and not the rules. I'm sure I'll be chronicling my experiences on my blog: hakomike.blogspot.com See you round!
