Some really great sculptures there. Might be the best centaur and lizardmen I've seen.
-
Cool, but looking at his base and freehand, shouldn't he be called raster?

Happy Birthday!

There are worse things to need!

I actually think that it's cool... You could put a whole bunch of them on France's border (note the 180 traverse of the gun). (Nothing personal France )
Seriously, though. I actually like it.

Evil Zoidberg?

Happy Birthday Nathan!

Mostly I use Reaper Master Series and P3 paints. As others have said, Winsor and Newton Series 7 brushes are good (strangely, I don't like the "Miniature" version of that series, though), but I also like DaVinci.

I'm really not a fan of the way that Hollywood reuses names for no reason these days. I would be happier if they did their "remakes" and remade the name, too.
Anyway. Great movie, Clash of the Titans! The last movie that Ray Harryhausen choose to make, if I remember correctly. Probably the last great stop-motion movie.
The "remake" looks interesting (I guess that it's a remake because both movies have giant scorpions?), but I wish that they used a different name.

How rude of me! I'm sorry. Congratulations Sue! Very fine work (as always), and well deserved gold!

Some people just love the Quar....me not so much.
I like them. Strangely, they remind me of something from the animated movie Wizards, but I can't remember what.

I'm with Bexley. Longer is fine.
However, if there really is a problem with that, I would much rather the number of contestants be limited, instead of resorting to "...increase the elimination events"

That's the last and final one. It was the first thing I sculpted and cast a hundred for sale on my own site back in 2005. I did a "space" one for Hasslefree and never got the green back nor any castings. This one I did for Reaper because people still wanted some and the first one I originally cast sold out several years ago. This one is a much cleaner sculpt than the first one and is kind of a little commemorative for the folks that asked me about it.
I have other pirates to do, but that's the last one of her fer sure!
I just wanted to say that I wasn't taking a shot at the piece, I really like your work. I really do like this miniature (any version of it ), and had great fun painting the one from Hasselfree : http://www.stanscorner.com/Miniatures/2006/slides/00516-hasselfree-hfp006-patrice.html
(still one of my better painted miniatures, I think)
I'm curious about the "space" one. You did do the one for Hasslefree in the link above, though, right?

Like the prospector, like the scout (not really sure why).
How many times is that exact pirate going to be made?
-
I guess he'll be the good Ash, then.
-
You then would have to figure out which one is the evil Ash!?
Awesome! Definitely on the TODO list!
-
Now I'll be able to test the immovable object theory. I can put this one up against the Z-Clipz one. Ash versus Ash!

Does anyone know how large that many-tusked mammoth is?

Hello All,
I just thought that I would share some Wyrd miniatures that I had painted lately.
I put Taelor and the Ice Witch's pet together on the same base. They seem to go together for me
I've also started posting on CMoN (with mixed results), so in case you are so inclined : http://www.coolminiornot.com/229097
Take Care,

Wow! I have a rare miniature!
I admit, assembly was a PitA, but he's been on my to do list to paint for a long time. I think that he will work great sneaking-up on another miniature in a micro-diorama.

Good thing that those armored guys have the armor. All three of them have taken a BEATING (although the non-armored parts seem perfect)!
-
I was thinking the same thing.
