What if you add a little Shifting Loyalties to it? The Iron Path will be just that. Create a Henchmen Hardcore crew as normal but be ready as there will be a after battle phase just like in Shifting Loyalties. Encounters will be standard 30 minutes with another 30 minutes after that to run through the after battle steps. Each encounter will also have its own weekly event.
