(0) Drinking Contest: Until the end of the Turn, enemy models within a3 of this model which declare an Action must succeed on a TN 12 Wp duel or take the (1) On the House Action instead. It's still an enemy model, and it declared an action (because you made it do so). But the willpower check is done after the action is declared.
