  1. Seriously, can anyone offer any additional suggestions for a Vikki Sue list?
  2. It looks like Convict Gunslinger can't be used with Sue either.
  3. Oh, he was under the impression that the Trappers had Ruthless, but Von didn't. Fine, say Vikkies + Sue + Johan + ________.
  4. Friend wants to run Vikkies, Von Schill, Sue, and _____ in 25-35 SS games. Can anyone recommend other models to make the list run smoother against a wider array of opposing lists? Unreleased Book 3 stuff is fair game.
  5. Me and everyone I play with read Decapitation as you do damage PLUS if he doesn't discard the model died. Such that if you trigger Decap and he does discard he still takes damage. This is different form Headshot because Decap says "When damaging defender..." and Headshot says "After an attack hits, deal no damage..." So if I trigger Headshot and he discards, he takes no damage. This seems to be a clear difference in wording and makes sense in tactica since I can Headshot from across the board. The clear difference in wording is further amplified by the fact that Steamborg Executioner has both Decapitation and Knock Aside, with KA clearly stating that you do no damage. Are we playing these triggers correctly?
  6. Yeah, I primed the stuff that's going to be metallic black and will prime C. Hoffman's body and Ramos white then work up to flesh and clothes. I think I'm doing Ramos's flame unwashed Mithril or some kind of platinum to really stand out from the dingy steampunk metallics as something odd. I think I'm going to use Boltgun Metal with a Delvan Mud or black wash for a lot of the connections, claws, and underlying frame. I ordered Reaper Master Series Tarnished Brass for all plating, armor, etc. I'll probably use a Delvan Mud wash with it, but I'm trying it on plastic card or something first. Any recommendations on something for brown leather? I plan on using it for a lot of clothing and the Watcher's wings.
  7. Is there a particular metallic you're using? I'm trying to get a bronze color that's not too red or too yellow, but your coppery color on the pipes, etc. looks good too.
  8. Also, what colors and washes do you use to get your steampunk metallic effects?
  9. That looks awesome! Can you link to the pieces you mention? I keep finding Pegasus stuff that doesn't look the same.
  10. When you get around to painting the brick buildings, please post step-by-step pictures. I'd like to see what method you use.
  11. That looks great! For Malifauz, you might want to also do a more regular paving stone-style cobble (brick-like) for people that like symmetry. I've seen a LOT of people use wood plank bases to simulate either a wild west floor (Ortegas) or a burlesque stage (Colette and friends).
  12. It's a working clock?! I love it, can't wait to see how it tuns out!
  13. Do either of you have pics?
