Baby Kade and Backstab

Backstab says, "Push this model up to 6". If this model ends the push within 1" of an enemy model, it immediately makes a Carving knife Strike that blah blah blah."

Is it allowed to push to within 1" of an enemy and then stab something else which is not the enemy you are within 1" of? For example the Supply Wagon or a friendly model or whatever it is I want? I could choose the enemy to make a strike at but I can choose something else if I want right?

Yeah, if it doesn't specify that model then you can strike anything.

Remember though that there are rules preventing you striking at a supply wagon if it is in the melee range of a model on the same side as the wagon, and this would still apply to the backstab.
