Wulfen
Hoffman has a definitive advantage here. Ramos' crew must close, and that gives Hoffman more opportunities to take over Ramos' constructs to do his bidding. It's hard to hit Hoff's constructs when your own have been used, and may possibly even lose their activation.

Ramos most powerful construct is himself, and he cannot be taken over. When aRamos does Override, it usually spells doom for a few of the constructs in the enemy team. I was in a three way slaughter game against both Hoffman and Zoraida. I got into just the right spot and hit almost all the constructs on the field with Override. Zoraida was killed by Juju and Hoffman went down to the Peacekeeper. One of my all time favorite plays in Malifaux.
