Things like speaking to local hotels to get deals on rates, organising group train fares, and all that go a long way towards keeping costs down and making these trips viable. Devilshot Posted March 5, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 5, 2012 Ok had a chat with the guys down at the gaming center and the weekend of September 22nd and 23rd looks good to host Plymouths first Malifaux event If people can let me know if that date is suitable ? A quick search on laterooms gave me prices from £140 for both nights based on 4 sharing (thats £35 per person for the weekend) At a hotel walking distance from the train station and about £5 taxi ride from venue. Not sure on how to price tickets yet that will depend on if people want lunch both days included in the price ? so keep the advice coming in and I will work on tournement pack and cool stuff for people to do both during and after the days fun. I may be wrong but seems like people would prefer to choose themselves. That being said if the food's decent I'll happily have it included in the ticket price.
