The SPA do not have a V2 card. A few of the last models released from book 1 do not. The card they are packaged with is the most up to date. However, there are quite a few models that were in Book 1 who did not receive a V2 update. You cannot get their stats except by buying the models or somehow getting your hands on a copy of Book 1.
