Lilith's Master of Malifaux

Hi I've just started playing malifaux and picked up Lilith as my first master.

However, the second part of her Master of Malifaux still boggles me at this point. Ignoring LoS, allows her to cast spells through obscuring terrain, that much I've gathered.

But can she cast spells or do a charge through solid walls higher than her? Example, charging a model inside a building from the outside.

She can't pass through walls but she can cast and attack through walls.

So basically she cant charge through walls but is able to hit someone thats within her 2 inch weapon range thats on the other side of the wall.

Yup los only, terrain can still impact her movement. When I mean terrain I mean she still has to climb over walls or other dense objects. Charges have to be in straight lines.
