eckythump
After a rather lengthy break from actually painting new Malifaux minis (see here http://wyrd-games.net/forum/showthread.php?t=10715 ) and with book 3 fast approaching I received that most dreaded of diseases, the painting bug... So here's what I've been working on in the not too distant past. You may notice that it's a little bit eclectic and not that many crews have been finished:hmmmm: I'll blame gamer magpie disorder for that one :hidingpuppet So, here we go The governors proxy, I love this little guy. He just looks so indignant Some Death Marshalls Everyone's favourite construct/man/thing, Ryle! Too round out the guild, an Austringer. This guy was became a chore to paint as I just really couldn't get excited about painting him :/ A showgirl and her mannikin, the rest of the crew is sitting on my desk waiting to be painted. Unfourtunately for them, there is a hell of a lot of stuff also waiting... Von Schill, this guy is a beast. He was in almost every Criid crew that hit the table. Very useful in any situation. The rest of the painted Freikorp. I went for a WWII Germanish feel for their uniforms, the trapper and specialist are about half painted. I'm not sure why I never finished them. :confusedpuppet2 And my Lilith crew. These guys have been insanely fun, mainly because I wanted something completely different to Criid. Having speed and melee punch is super fun. I'm hanging out for the alt version of Lilith, as something about this model doesn't really grab me. Cherub, the cast a got only had half a bow, so I replaced it with something a little more substantial. (and that could also anchor him to the base ) Tots Young Mature, I've never actually used him. Shaman Just noticed his dagger has fallen off again... The twins Waldgiests And a WIP shot of the Lady J alt and the Judge I've also got an alt criid and avatar plus Nekima sitting there. I might wait on Nekima till I figure out how to transport her without snapping her ankle.
KirigakurenoHaku
You've got quite the splendid group of minis here, whether their respective crews lay incomplete or not. You're Cherub's bow looks good and, despite your lack of enthusiasm for painting the Austringer, he came out well. All-in-all, nice work! I look forward to what you have to come in the future. diehard
Everything is very nicely done, definitely some nice color choices. I'm really liking the blue skinned Lilith and the rest of the NB; looking forward to seeing the rest of your crews as you finish them, and thanks for sharing. eckythump
And finally I've finished some more Malifaux models. First up, alt Criid. I prefer this model to the normal, but transporting wise I'll probably just use the original, unless I feel like cutting into my pluck foam... Alt Justice, I have no idea which way she's meant to face. Which makes it really confusing in games:laughing: The judge, I'll probably never use him, but he provided a test run for Criids coat I've managed to complete my Friekorp. So now I can stop just using Von Schill with Criid and master him up. The gangs all here I'm currently working on an executioner and a lawyer to complete my Courtroom crew.
