Is a Totem "Living" or does the "Totem" characteristic overide that?

If Bete Noir activates, is then killed and then comes back in the same turn can she activate again? I'm assuming that it would specifically say she can reactivate if she could but I just want to make sure.

Does "Bite of Winter" combo with "Shatter" when an Ice Golem or Gamin dies?

Re Totem, that doesn't affect living as some are constructs or spirits.

So unless it specifically says the Totem is something other than Living it does count as such?

Yes, totem is a class of model like Master or Henchman (although it is still a minion)

if bete uses one with the night she cant return to play till the beggining of the next turn

bite of winter increases damage on targets, shatter doesnt target since its a pulse.
