Blood Price: Starting with the third turn, if this model is in play and does not have an enemy model in its melee range at the start of an Activation Phase, it immediately Charges the closest model. So Pandora is the closest model to killjoy and there is no other model in melee range. So he charges Pandora. Expose Fears: Enemies attempting to target this model for any reason must first win a Wp -> Wp Duel or Action immediately ends.Must Killjoy do a Wp Duel with Pandora ?
