Marcus, Lawyer, raptors, Prosecute and Alpha

Hi guys,

I was taking a look at the lawyer there recently, and I noticed that Prosecute stops a model being regarded as friendly by their crew for the remainder of the encounter.

How would this interact with Marcus' Alpha spell?

Would you be able to enrage your own model, say Hans (to make him a beast), Prosecute him, and then Alpha him with Marcus, due to him being non friendly to the crew??

Non friendly is not the same as enemy. Enemy models are models in an opposing Crew or models controlled by your opponent.

It is possible for a model to be part of your Crew, but not be friendly to your other models. Examples are Ryle and a Prosecuted model. Also models like Mindless Zombies or scenario related models are neutral and thus neither friendly or enemy.

Alpha requires an enemy Beast. Non-friendly is not the same as enemy.

no worries. It was an idea that I had been thinking about, but wasnt sure if it work.

Additionally, prosecute doesn't make the model non-friendly, out only disallows out from being targeted by spells or abilities that require it to be friendly
