irolleda1
The finished models: [ame] [/ame] Now all I gotta do is figure out how to play them correctly.
Plankwalker
They came out really nice. I'm a slow painter as well, for 1.5 hours per model that is awesome. Have you hit them with a coat of matte of dull varnish? That will tone down the gloss that you mentioned. Also welcome to the forums! Sick 1st post hehe
DAGabriel
Nice, still some basing to do but nice. One thought, it is often really hard to find a good lighting for your pics when you use a photocamera and then you have to photoshop/Gimp a little bit to correct them. How do you do that with video? irolleda1
Thanks guys! I'll be sure to check out the dull varnish. I'll also get around to basing them soon. I took pictures of them with my camera with a flash, then scrolled through them on my computer and recorded it with cam-studio. It was very simple, I have no idea how to use photoshop. bucket_boy101
Dude, It's really nice painting! One piece of constructive criticism: try basing your miniatures with generic basing sand, before you undercoat them. That way, you can do it as part of the painting process, and it'd only take about five or ten minutes more. Plus it then adds a lot to the miniatures themselves. irolleda1
Thanks, I'll try it on the next models I paint!
