0 Csonti
Heh. The good old and never answered "What is considered an effect?" question rises its ugly head again. Maybe it will be answered in Book 3.
0 Q'iq'el
I believe there are two types of Abilities now - those you just have, and those you receive as an Effect. Normally Reactivate is classified as "Action Modifier" and as such is not an effect. However if it was received as an effect of a Spell or Talent, then there's nothing stopping us from classifying it both as an "Ongoing Effect" and an "Action Modifier". And since it is an "effect" in such a case, it can be dispelled by a Witchling. However I've been wrong so many times about the rules these days, I fear I may be losing touch. 0 karn987
Just have to wait for our rodent overlord I think. This was argued to hell and back in the past and best not to get into that cyclic stream if we can help it. *Sets out some cheese on a rat trap*
