Each is about 20 miles away - i.e. there is nothing really close. I stayed with friends in Fremont back in 2008 and managed to squeeze in a trip to Endgame (much to my wifes disgust). I had a great time and the staff are uber helpful. I would suggest contacting them, I'm sure they could help you arrange something. Local players (myself included) should be able to bring terrain. Also, maybe a conference room at the Union City library can be reserved. Wyn UC Library does have a conference room that can be used for free. The library is open until 6pm M/F, and 8pm T/W/Th. What time does your training finish?
