I'll have 2 crews minimum (the Kirai and Justice) and try to have a 3rd assembled (Ramos) Demos are 20ss games so about 6 guys per side (with Kirai summoning more ) Expect demo games to take about 1 to 1.5 hrs due to learning the game.
