AoM Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 (edited) I always thought the cache related more to fluff than anything else. You're a bit more right than you think. Soulstones do relate to their use by the masters in the rules (Sonnia and McMourning are good examples there), and/or their affinity for magic or access to stones in the fluff. Perdita doesn't need to be able to cheat as often, as she's got it going for her already. Sonnia uses Confiscated Lore on a regular basis. Rasputina is a magical badass. The Outcast masters work for coin, so their ability to have access to soulstones is far from consistent. and there was another minor change that Eric didn't mention, but it isn't anything in the actual rules, stats, or fluff.
