I love this model, and I have been working on mine for well over 6 months too...Well, at least he is assembled, primed, and has some preliminary skin work. You've got some good skin tones, but I'd suggest giving everything a wash of very thin purple or even green (very thin!)...it would help with the depth of the skintone.
