3 Round Tournament in Chicagoland on Saturday 9/18/21

I realize this tournament is the same day as the GenCon tournament. Unfortunately, it's the only day I could get where both the store and I am available. If the GenCon tournament pack is released prior to GenCon we'll use that tournament pack for the first three rounds. If not, we'll use the strats and schemes below. Master titles and new models are playable. See rules below. 
Masks are required when inside the store. This tournament is subject to cancellation due to changing medical conditions affecting the players and the store.
Also, if you're coming, please reply to this post or to me. We are limited to 12 players.

Painting Rules: Models do not have to be painted for this event but they have to be properly assembled and securely based. 

Alternate Masters: These titles will be allowed if they are publicly available on the Malifaux app. Please bring the correct base size for the master.

Proxies and conversions, mainly for the other new models. We'll use the rules from Gaining Grounds as below.
Players are expected to use official models when playing Malifaux as this facilitates the ease of understanding for that player's opponents. Proxy models are not allowed, though official “Counts as” models may be used. The only exception to this rule is if a model has an officially released stat card available but no model is yet released, the player may field a suitable proxy but it must be easily identifiable, as per the TO’s discretion prior to the start of the tournament. The proxies do not have to be painted but may need kit bashing or green stuffing to make them identified.
With that said, other conversions are allowed with the following restrictions:

• The converted model must still clearly represent the model it is converted from.
• No more than 50% of the finished model may be built using non-Wyrd product produced by another company.

Round Time Limit – 135 minutes includes 15 minute setup
