Shephel Posted July 29, 2019 Report Share Posted July 29, 2019 So! With the launch of M3E we have seen a surge of interest in Malifaux in the Akron/Canton area of Ohio. This has generated a few conversations with our usual host for the area, JAC Games. As such, I have a few announcements! Our monthly play day has been moved. We will now meet on the 3rd Saturday of every month. This is so we can start sooner in the day and get more games in. This means: 8/17, 9/21, 10/19, 11/16, 12/21(maybe because of holidays) to round out this year. We are going to be running a league starting soon, this will be a weekly play league. Game sizes do not matter, bring your new crew box and work out a game size that fits! You will be paired with an opponent every week, and can pair up whenever to play your games. Life happens, so as long as you schedule with your opponent, it doesn't have to be *that* week. I will make a separate post here with details as well as a link to the schedule. I will be more available for games this year. Any players in the area who haven't made it out to the shop yet for game day, reach out to me. I would love to get a weekly or bi-weekly play day going for people who can't make it to the big day, or who need more than just a monthly dose of Wyrd. I'm excited to see more people playing my favorite game in this area so I hope to hear from you. If you haven't yet tried this game, a new edition is the perfect time to try. Serneum Posted August 7, 2019 Report Share Posted August 7, 2019 I'm still waiting on my 3E stuff to ship from GameNerdz, plus whatever I ordered during the GenCon sale, so I doubt I'll have a crew ready by 8/17. If anyone at JAC has an extra crew and wouldn't mind just doing some simpler skirmishes, I'd still love to show up.
