JAC Malifaux Day and Escalation League 2/23

The last Friday of every month is Malifaux night at JAC Games in Akron, Ohio! Come in after work for a night of Malifaux Games and prize raffles!

There is a participation fee of $5 which goes towards a store credit raffle that is matched by the store. The more people that come, the more people that can win! We pair off between 4:30 and 5:30 as people show up and have a second pairing at 7-8pm as people wrap up their games if they want to stay later. We also do a discount on Malifaux products for the day as detailed in the post linked below by the Owner Chris.

New for the next three months, we are going to be running an escalation league to give some of our newer players an opportunity to build their crews up over time. This month will be crew-box games, so we will be playing games sized to the contents of your crew box. I will work with anyone who chooses a crew box that may come with less points than others, so just grab what sounds fun (or dust off that one crew you forgot that you picked up last year) and join us for some escalation fun! There will be prizes on the third month for best painted, consistent participation, among others.

EDIT: Participation in the escalation league is entirely voluntary. There will be full size games happening at both pairing times for those not interested.
