Kad Baz Posted April 8, 2016 Report Share Posted April 8, 2016 Georgia Malifaux will be hosting a 50 Soulstone, fixed faction tournament using the Gaining Grounds 2016 rules on Saturday 7th, 2016 at CMON Expo, taking place at the Hyatt Regency, 265 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA. 30303. There will be prizes for place, best painted, participation and sportsmanship. To register for CMON Expo go to http://cmonexpo.com/ . There is no cost for this event, other than the cost to attend CMON Expo, which is $35 for all three days. Sign in will begin at 11 AM, with play beginning at noon. Thanks for everyone who said they would bring terrain, if anyone else is able that would be fantastic! The number of rounds will be determined by the number of participants. Right now we are looking at four rounds, but if more than 32 people show up, we will probably go to five. With that in mind, here are the strategies and deployment for the rounds: Round 1 - Guard The Stash, Corner Deployment Round 2 - Turf War, Standard Deployment Round 3 - Reckoning, Flank Deployment Round 4, if necessary - Headhunter, Standard Deployment Round 5 - if necessary,Extraction, Close Deployment I will start announcing schemes next week.
