BigHammer Posted May 6, 2015 Report Share Posted May 6, 2015 You only need to damage an enemy for Hidden Agenda, though even that isn't a given with Chiaki (at least not without some Chi). There are better models to take for it, but in this crew she's a decent choice due to her 0 action doing damage at range. I find this the easiest way to get the buffs off, since you can play a bit with line of sight (especially thanks to her incorporeal) and put a hit on a weaker minion or even something with low defence and high armour, where her low damage spread means you're not wasting AP actually trying to kill something - she doesn't always need/want to make something insignificant, but doing one damage with a 0 action to a big tanky model to gain fast and focussed for several Oiran is a really great trade, IMO.
