I'm just wanting to get some clarification on Initiate Reformation. It reads if the target is still in play at the end of the turn summon an Ashes and Dusst into base contact with it...
My question is does the summoned Ashes and Dust get to activate prior to the End Step albeit with slow for being summoned or does the summoning take place at the end of the turn meaning (it's the end of the turn) and it cannot activate until the next turn.
We played it as the latter due to it being the least powerful of the 2 options though it could be read both ways. Which do you think is correct?
