Routine Performance enables a decoy marker to take a general action as though it were this model. Does the decoy marker make a Wp duel? (It is a marker not a model) If yes does a fail enable the from nightmare to come to pass? (a marker failed the Wp duel not a model) if yes does the buried model is placed in base contact with the decoy marker or this model

Hi everyone! Wgat happens when tout flip a Red joker on the damage flip on a blast attack. The Target model receives severe plus 1 damage. What about the models underneath the blast marker. 1) they receive severe damage 2) moderate damage + 1 3) moderate damage
