Twitchy States Twitchy: After another model ends its Activation, if this model is unengaged, this model may move up to 1". Am I reading it correctly that a minion with this upgrade can move every time another model of either faction anywhere on the board ends it's activation? So that as long as it stays unengaged it could move, say in a game with 9 other models 9" every turn?
