Thank you! Yes, it's a combination of LEDs and painting. There's one light inside the dragon's head, and another on the underside of the base, and there's an acrylic rod between them for the light to travel in. The rod is also what is holding up the dragon. Then there are a few smaller light on the ground. The gradient on the ground and the highlights on the figures and carts are painted. I probably should have included a picture with the LEDs turned off to better show off the painted colors
It looks phenomenal. I don't know how you pulled it off, but I'd love to see tutorials like this in the future!

This looks so good! Is the fire completely painted? It looks like it's enhanced by leds and I love the effect.

This is my piece "I want Cotton Candy"
I can't seem to do fire properly, so I'll be happy to move on to the next round. It is titled as such because my girlfriend said the fire looked like cotton candy.
Oh well, onward friends!
