I just bought a Crossroad seven box and feel a bit incomplete about having one model for every faction except one. So got an Idea of how a character from Explorers can be the Crossroad.
Obviously, there are only seven main sins, but some branches of Christianity have eight of them. There are a few different options from which we can choose, but I decide to stop on Vainglory.
Of course, a new member shouldn't be a music player to still have seven musicians in the band, so he/she/it should be a band manager.
Also, Crossroads didn't have their own totem, so there is that Idea with which I come up

and some abilities:
Band manager: when this model is selected as the crew's leader, it loses totem (crossroads) characteristics and this crew may hire one crossroads model at cost 0.
I have my own!: When your crew's leader is any of Crossroads You ignore any "helping hand" ability.
